Venezuela e/Calle Mohedano, Chacao, Caracas) – located within the upscale Chacao district, this bar often books jazz and Latin music bands (often performing as early at 4 pm during the weekdays, and as early as 6 pm on Saturdays). There is no cover entrance, but a dress code is enforced.
